If you have installed Teams in your macbook, the Teams Meeting button should appear in the ribbon when you create meetings. While as Miguelonky mentioned, there's an known issue Teams Meeting button is missing in Outlook for Mac. May 02, 2018 The whole reason Outlook doesn’t download pictures by default is for privacy reasons—somebody can theoretically find your IP address by embedding a hyperlinked image in an email that you open. You’d think that at least Outlook would show pictures from people in your contacts list by default, but it doesn’t even do that.

We do not recommend that you change the default location of your Profile folder for Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac, or your Identity folder for Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 to an external hard disk or to a network. Additionally, using a mail identity or profile that is located on an external hard disk or on a network is not supported in either version of Outlook for Mac.
